What is included in the course fee?

Included is all tuition by course leaders and other experts, presentation venues and course resources. Courses include over 56 hours of guided tuition held over 7 days. Participants receive access to an online folder of all presentations, resources and course group work so they can use them when returning home.

What is included in Individual Support?

We organise all courses in an inclusive format, so all accommodation, meals, local transport during the week, and access to the museums and heritage sites we use is included in the Individual Support Fee. Participants just need to organise international flights, travel insurance and get from their home to the hotel to meet us on the first day.

What is Organisational Support?

The Organisational Support part of the grant is given for, "pedagogical and intercultural preparation, monitoring and support of participants during the mobility, and validation of the learning outcomes" (Page 63 of the Programme Guide). We provide this for a fee of 200 EUR, so you will have 150 EUR remaining per participant for your organisation to use for additional preparation activities. Participants receive preparation activities prior to attending a course, we have a daily monitoring system, support participants throughout the course, validate their learning outcomes at the end of the course and provide a competition certification and approved Europass Mobility

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

When applying for your Erasmus+ project we ask you to tell us which courses and locations you applied for. This helps with our course planning. When your National Agency approves your application your should confirm your course reservations.
Fees should be received at least one month before the start the course. If you then are forced to cancel these bookings we operate the following cancellation policy. If a course participant cancels we retain the following portion of fees:

• Less than three weeks before course 20% of fees retained
• Less than two weeks before course 60% of fees retained
• Less than one week before course 80% of fees retained

If participants rebook for a different course date we will credit this amount.
